100th Post

This is my 100th post. I can't believe I've seriously posted that many times. My friend Addie said I should post some cards I've made, so here they are. I did these for some friends that have recently had babies. I love making baby cards. They are similar, but I thought they turned out pretty cute.

So speaking of "new additions"... We did the unthinkable and got a dog. I know! You are all thinking I'm crazy. Maybe you can name 100 reasons why it's a bad idea and post that on your blog. I just think that every child should have a pet. My friend Erin had a pug named Jack and he got lost for several months. So in the meantime, they got another pug named Bronco. Miraculously, they found Jack and were a little overwhelmed with 2 dogs. She asked me if I would want Bronco. I thought about all the pros and cons of having a dog. I know they require work. I know it involves poop. I just know that we have an awesome back yard and 4 little boys that would adore him. So.....

How cute is he? Could you seriously resist that cute little face? He is already house trained and is almost a year old. He LOVES the kids and loves the yard. He loves to be around people. He follows me from room to room and sits at my feet. It's been a lot of fun so far. Hopefully he will continue to be a great dog and bring the kids lots of happiness over the years.

Look how cute your cards are! Love 'em! And your doggie too. Phoebe has been after her dad to get one too, but no luck yet...

Bronco couldn't have lucked out to find a better new family! We all miss him but know it is for the best, basically for mommy's sanity :) We will get the puppies together for playdates and walks so :) And your cards are soooo cute. You are so talented and I love seeing what you create! And I love that we share the same love for stamping :)

Awww, how could you resist such a sweet puggy face! I think getting a year old pup is a real advantage; you don't have to house train them and the pup's personality is more apparent...he looks perfect! And he's small, so the poop scooping isn't too hideous:) He looks like he fits right in... but then, I am a crazy dog lady:)

The cards are adorable. I'm not much of a dog person, but my kids would love one. I'll be watching your blog to see how the dog works out. Good luck with that. :)

Congrats on your new addition! Puppies are a lot of work, but so worth it! I told Bill to prepare himself for another dog if we don't end up with a third baby soon. I love your family picture at the top of your blog! What a gorgeous family. We need to get together again soon. Let me know when you are coming up again, maybe we can meet up!

What a cute pup! I think pugs are adorable. And it sounds to me like it was meant to be. (Picking up dog poop isn't that bad--and hey, when the boys get older it can be their job!)
