Pink and Blue and an Anniversary too...

We just celebrated our 13 year anniversary recently. We spent the weekend going to a temple sealing of my cousin's that was so beautiful. She had such a beautiful dress! It's always fun to be with family and I LOVE weddings. It is always such a magical day (for the bride that is, not necessarily the mom). The next day we went to the baptism of our friend's daughter. She is such a special little girl and we were honored to be there. I am looking forward to Davin being baptized this fall. I am asking Shannon to give me all the "pointers" right now as I prepare for the big day. That night we went to dinner and a movie ("Dinner for Shmucks"- So NOT worth it!!) and had a good time just being together without any kids. The noise level alone was therapeutic!

Jason surprised me with what we affectionately call "Pinky." When Jason told me he had something delivered that he was excited about, and that it was very pink, I could have been worried. He surprised me with the cutest beach cruiser! My friend Erin got one and I loved it so much that he got me one too so we could go riding together. It is so much fun! It was very sweet of him. I went up to show Erin late one night and we rode around the neighborhood under the stars, also very therapeutic.

Jas sold his old Yamaha and got a new one (not necessarily newer, just new to him). I wish it was me that surprised him, but I would not dare to pick this type of thing out for him. So I guess after all was said and done, I got "Pinky" and he got "Bluey" and we lived happily ever after. I hope to celebrate many, many more anniversaries together! Let's go for a ride!

Congratualtions, and the pink beach cruiser is the perfect present. You forgot to mention you had done the most important thing for that baptism dinner. You took the most beautiful pictures I have ever seen. I loved the "we lived happily ever after and hope to celebrate many more." That is my prayer for all of you!
