Halloween Festivities

The boys in their costumes. Love that Nathan's hat is crooked. I was lucky to get a picture with the hat on at all!

Howdy Partner! Davin made the cutest cowboy!

Nathan in his costume. What a cute little cowboy he is too!

Here is Davin with some of his friends from school.

Davin walking in the costume parade for his school. He said lots of people said, "Cool Cowboy" to him as he passed by. He had lots of fun.

Our Crazy family of Cowboys and Indians

Princess Leah and Chewy. He was the cutest thing ever!

The chubby Krispy Kreme man!

Dr. I.B. Wicked amazing the kids with his skills.

The 80's chick and biker chick

The Indian and the Cowboy. I think I'll stick with blonde hair and I hope Jas never really wants to have a mustache! It was a little nasty!

THE END. The kids had had enough. It was a fun day...

We had such a fun Halloween this year! Davin wanted to be a cowboy so he created the theme for us (since I have an obsessive compulsion to have a theme). We were all cowboys and Indians! Davin had fun in his Kindergarten parade and then later that day we went trick-or-treating. The boys had so much fun doing that, even though it was a long walk around the neighborhood. They thought it was fun to pass the candy out when people came to our house too. For dinner I made them mummy hot dogs and then we went to a Halloween party with some of our friends. It was a blast! There were lots of great costumes. One of my favorites was my friend who was pregnant was a "bun makin' oven" and her husband was a baker from "Impregnate-her Bakery". I wish I had gotten a picture of it! Dr. I.B. Wicked showed up to do cool tricks with chemistry. The kids sat and watched in amazement as he lit things on fire, created smoke and made blood. There were several games for the kids and I got wrapped up like a mummy for one of the games. The kids thought that was pretty funny. There was great food and it was such a fun night. Thanks to everyone that put so much work into it!! We had so much fun! We came home to find our pumpkins were still glowing and that someone had not only taken the candy we had left out with the trusting "take one please" sign, but they had taken the entire bowl too! See if I am nice again next year! How annoying! Seriously!

Glad you had such a fun-filled Halloween! It was pretty quiet here - not a lot of trick or treaters even. You're an awesome Indian but I think I like you better as a blonde! Cute boy Indians and Cowboys as well.

You all look awesome!!! What fun costumes! We didn't leave candy out on the porch while we went trick-or-treating because we didn't want those pesky big kids stealiing it just like they did at your house. The result, we gave out ZERO pieces of candy! By the time we got home, no one wanted to venture down our cul-de-sac. Whatcha gonna do??? BTW - do I see my nephew Adam in one of those pictures???
