Summer Fun & Family

Jason's Aunt Elsie came from Ohio to visit and go to a family reunion so we went up to see her this past weekend. She is Jason's mom's oldest sister (and doesn't look like it!) and it's always fun to see her. She makes us miss Jason's mom a lot. Her son Richard and his darling kids came to visit too. We went to a nearby park and let the kids play and we got to chat.






This is the kid's at Elsie's daughter Lisa's home eating Popsicle's on the porch. They had so much fun at the park, eating Popsicle's and playing together. Lisa took us to their new home that they are building and it is amazing! They have their own pond in the backyard full of trout, swans and even a paddle boat. The kids had so much fun playing there too. It is going to be a gorgeous home that they will love! Thanks for entertaining us and letting us visit, Lisa!




Nathan is so much fun to take pictures of! It seems just about everything he does is darling! I love this one of him eating a Popsicle! He feels like such a big kid!




Here is Nathan with his Tonka truck he got from Aunt Barb! Look how nice it looks still! He loves playing in the sandbox with the boys!





I always love pictures like this... I think it's so funny that kids literally fall asleep eating. I can't imagine being so tired that I fell asleep in my food, but all of my kids have done this at some point!
